Acceptance of these terms

These Terms govern access to the Aitrepreneur website, free and paid memberships, posts, tutorials, downloads, community areas, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use paid content. You must be legally capable of entering into a contract. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use.

Memberships and access

Aitrepreneur may offer free and paid membership tiers with different content, benefits, prices, and billing periods. The benefits shown at checkout form part of your purchase. Access is personal to the member account and may not be shared.

We may improve, replace, reorganize, or discontinue individual posts, downloads, community features, or future benefits. We will not intentionally remove the essential value of an already-paid billing period without a reasonable substitute or remedy where required by law.

Billing and automatic renewal

Paid memberships are billed in advance through Stripe. Monthly memberships renew each month and yearly memberships renew each year until cancelled. The price, billing period, applicable taxes, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase.

You authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be charged for the initial purchase and each renewal. If a payment fails, access may be limited or suspended while payment is retried or updated.

Prices may change for future billing periods. Where required, we will provide advance notice and explain how to cancel before the new price applies.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the member account Portal or by contacting theaitrepreneur@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless the law or Refund & Cancellation Policy requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.

Deleting an email subscription or leaving Discord does not automatically cancel a paid membership. Use the account Portal or contact us.

Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers may have mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, conformity, or remedy rights under the law that applies to them. EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to statutory conditions and exceptions, including rules for services and digital content supplied immediately with the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgement.

Our practical cancellation and refund rules are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory consumer right.

Account security

You must provide an email address you control, keep access to that email secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized account use. Ghost member accounts use secure email links or one-time codes. Do not forward sign-in links or codes to another person.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from our failure to use reasonable security measures.

License to member content and downloads

Unless a post or download states otherwise, Aitrepreneur grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use membership content and downloads for your own lawful personal or internal professional use.

You may not:

- redistribute, sell, sublicense, mirror, or publicly upload member-only files;

- share paid posts, download links, account access, or sign-in codes;

- remove copyright, attribution, license, or access-control notices;

- use Aitrepreneur content to create a competing content library or membership archive;

- scrape, bulk-download, or automate access in a way that disrupts the service;

- falsely claim Aitrepreneur content, workflows, or installers as your own.

Separate open-source, model, software, or third-party licenses included with a download continue to apply to their respective materials.

Educational and AI/software disclaimer

Aitrepreneur content is educational and informational. AI models, ComfyUI nodes, drivers, repositories, cloud providers, and other third-party tools change frequently and may produce unexpected results. Tutorials and installers are not guarantees of compatibility, availability, accuracy, income, performance, or a particular result.

Before running commands, scripts, installers, models, or workflows, review them for your environment, maintain current backups, protect credentials, and comply with the licenses and terms of all third-party services. You are responsible for the content you generate and for ensuring that your use is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.

Nothing on Aitrepreneur is legal, medical, tax, investment, or cybersecurity advice.

Community conduct

When using comments, Discord, or other community areas, you must not harass others; post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content; distribute malware; expose private information; impersonate another person; spam; or evade moderation and access controls.

We may remove content or restrict community access when reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Paid service access will be handled fairly and in accordance with mandatory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

The Aitrepreneur name, original posts, videos, graphics, site design, tutorials, workflows, installers, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Aitrepreneur and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership transfers to you through membership.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting a comment or community contribution, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate it only as reasonably needed to operate and promote the community. You may request deletion, subject to legal and technical limitations.

Third-party services and links

The service may use or link to Ghost, Stripe, Discord, YouTube, X, GitHub, Hugging Face, cloud GPU providers, AI model hosts, and other third parties. Their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and fees apply. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent acts or outages, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Aitrepreneur available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security incidents, provider failures, legal requirements, and technical changes may affect access. We may update the service and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by a reasonable method and will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated breaches, payment failure, fraud, abuse, redistribution of protected content, threats to security, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Mandatory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aitrepreneur is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, loss of data, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services, incompatible software, or use of tutorials and downloads contrary to their instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer remedies. You remain responsible for backups, system security, compliance, and decisions made using the content.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of EU. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your habitual residence.
