Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancel at any time
You may cancel a paid Aitrepreneur membership at any time from the account Portal or by contacting theaitrepreneur@gmail.com. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Unless a refund or mandatory legal remedy applies, membership access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
Deleting your email subscription, leaving Discord, or ceasing to use the website does not automatically cancel billing.
First purchase and EU withdrawal rights
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract, subject to statutory rules and exceptions for services and digital content supplied immediately with your express consent and acknowledgement. Other countries may provide additional rights.
As a simple customer-friendly policy, you may request a refund for your first paid Aitrepreneur membership within 14 days of purchase. Contact theaitrepreneur@gmail.com using the email address associated with the membership.
We may take account of content or services already supplied only where and to the extent permitted by mandatory law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable because the membership continues automatically until cancelled. However, if you contact us within seven days of an unintended renewal and have made little or no use of paid content since renewal, we will review the request fairly. This does not limit any mandatory right.
Defective or unavailable digital content
If paid content or a download is materially defective, inaccessible, or not as described, contact us with the post URL, file name, and a description of the problem. We will try to repair, replace, or restore access within a reasonable time. Where the law requires it, you may be entitled to a price reduction, cancellation, or refund.
Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges
Contact theaitrepreneur@gmail.com promptly if you believe a charge is duplicated, incorrect, or unauthorized. Include the membership email, date, amount, and last four card digits if available. Never send the full card number or a one-time login code.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card-network processing times are outside our control and may take several business days.
