My goal is simple: make powerful AI technology easier to install, understand, and actually use even if you’re not a developer.
## Who is Aitrepreneur?
I’m Aitrepreneur, an AI educator, relentless local AI tool tester, and the creator behind the Aitrepreneur YouTube channel.
I explore new AI technology and turn complicated installation processes into clear, practical, step-by-step tutorials. My content covers local AI, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, FLUX, Z-IMAGE, KREA2, WAN, LTX, LoRA training, AI image and video generation, large language models, and other open-source generative AI tools.
Everything I create is built around one question: **Can someone follow this guide and get a useful result without sacrificing their entire weekend to errors and dependency problems?**

YouTube remains the main home for my videos and the place where most people discover my work. This website gives those tutorials, downloads, and resources a permanent and organized home.
Social platforms, algorithms, and news feeds can change without warning. Here, you can find my latest work directly, search the growing archive, and receive important updates without depending entirely on an algorithm to show them to you.
This is also where I can provide files, installers, workflows, written instructions, and updates that wouldn’t fit comfortably inside a YouTube description.

Acceptance of these terms
These Terms govern access to the Aitrepreneur website, free and paid memberships, posts, tutorials, downloads, community areas, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use paid content. You must be legally capable of entering into a contract. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use.
Memberships and access
Aitrepreneur may offer free and paid membership tiers with different content, benefits, prices, and billing periods. The benefits shown at checkout form part of your purchase. Access is personal to the member account and may not be shared.
We may improve, replace, reorganize, or discontinue individual posts, downloads, community features, or future benefits. We will not intentionally remove the essential value of an already-paid billing period without a reasonable substitute or remedy where required by law.
Billing and automatic renewal
Paid memberships are billed in advance through Stripe. Monthly memberships renew each month and yearly memberships renew each year until cancelled. The price, billing period, applicable taxes, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase.
You authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be charged for the initial purchase and each renewal. If a payment fails, access may be limited or suspended while payment is retried or updated.
Prices may change for future billing periods. Where required, we will provide advance notice and explain how to cancel before the new price applies.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from the member account Portal or by contacting theaitrepreneur@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless the law or Refund & Cancellation Policy requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.
Deleting an email subscription or leaving Discord does not automatically cancel a paid membership. Use the account Portal or contact us.
Withdrawal and refunds
Consumers may have mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, conformity, or remedy rights under the law that applies to them. EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to statutory conditions and exceptions, including rules for services and digital content supplied immediately with the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgement.
Our practical cancellation and refund rules are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory consumer right.
Account security
You must provide an email address you control, keep access to that email secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized account use. Ghost member accounts use secure email links or one-time codes. Do not forward sign-in links or codes to another person.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from our failure to use reasonable security measures.
License to member content and downloads
Unless a post or download states otherwise, Aitrepreneur grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use membership content and downloads for your own lawful personal or internal professional use.
You may not:
\- redistribute, sell, sublicense, mirror, or publicly upload member-only files;
\- share paid posts, download links, account access, or sign-in codes;
\- remove copyright, attribution, license, or access-control notices;
\- use Aitrepreneur content to create a competing content library or membership archive;
\- scrape, bulk-download, or automate access in a way that disrupts the service;
\- falsely claim Aitrepreneur content, workflows, or installers as your own.
Separate open-source, model, software, or third-party licenses included with a download continue to apply to their respective materials.
Educational and AI/software disclaimer
Aitrepreneur content is educational and informational. AI models, ComfyUI nodes, drivers, repositories, cloud providers, and other third-party tools change frequently and may produce unexpected results. Tutorials and installers are not guarantees of compatibility, availability, accuracy, income, performance, or a particular result.
Before running commands, scripts, installers, models, or workflows, review them for your environment, maintain current backups, protect credentials, and comply with the licenses and terms of all third-party services. You are responsible for the content you generate and for ensuring that your use is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.
Nothing on Aitrepreneur is legal, medical, tax, investment, or cybersecurity advice.
Community conduct
When using comments, Discord, or other community areas, you must not harass others; post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content; distribute malware; expose private information; impersonate another person; spam; or evade moderation and access controls.
We may remove content or restrict community access when reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Paid service access will be handled fairly and in accordance with mandatory consumer rights.
Intellectual property
The Aitrepreneur name, original posts, videos, graphics, site design, tutorials, workflows, installers, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Aitrepreneur and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership transfers to you through membership.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting a comment or community contribution, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate it only as reasonably needed to operate and promote the community. You may request deletion, subject to legal and technical limitations.
Third-party services and links
The service may use or link to Ghost, Stripe, Discord, YouTube, X, GitHub, Hugging Face, cloud GPU providers, AI model hosts, and other third parties. Their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and fees apply. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent acts or outages, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Aitrepreneur available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security incidents, provider failures, legal requirements, and technical changes may affect access. We may update the service and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by a reasonable method and will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated breaches, payment failure, fraud, abuse, redistribution of protected content, threats to security, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Mandatory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aitrepreneur is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, loss of data, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services, incompatible software, or use of tutorials and downloads contrary to their instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer remedies. You remain responsible for backups, system security, compliance, and decisions made using the content.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of EU. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your habitual residence.

Data we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

\- email information, including subscriptions, delivery status, opens or clicks where enabled, and communication preferences;
\- content and support information, including comments, Discord role information, messages, and support requests;
\- technical and usage information, such as IP address, device/browser information, authentication events, referral source, page activity, and security logs;
\- information you voluntarily provide in surveys, forms, comments, or community interactions.
Why we use data and our legal bases
We process personal data to:
\- create and administer accounts and memberships, provide purchased content, process cancellations, and deliver member benefits (\*\*performance of a contract\*\*);
\- process payments and prevent fraud through Stripe (\*\*contract, legitimate interests, and legal obligations\*\*);
\- send newsletters and marketing where permitted (\*\*consent\*\*, or another lawful basis where applicable);
\- send essential account, security, billing, and service messages (\*\*contract and legitimate interests\*\*);
\- provide support, moderate the community, protect the service, diagnose problems, and improve content (\*\*contract and legitimate interests\*\*);

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Service providers and recipients
We share data only as reasonably necessary with providers that help operate Aitrepreneur, which may include:
\- \*\*Ghost Foundation Ltd / Ghost(Pro)\*\* for website hosting, membership accounts, newsletters, analytics, and content delivery;
\- \*\*Stripe\*\* for payments, subscriptions, billing, fraud prevention, tax tools, and receipts;
\- domain, DNS, email-delivery, security, backup, and infrastructure providers;
\- \*\*Discord\*\* if you join member community spaces;
\- YouTube, X, GitHub, Hugging Face, AI providers, cloud GPU services, or other third parties when you choose to follow links, use embeds, or access their services;
\- professional advisers, authorities, courts, or counterparties when legally required or necessary to protect rights.
Each independent third party may process data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR requires safeguards, we rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
Retention
We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including:
\- account data while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward;
\- transaction, invoice, tax, and accounting records for the period required by applicable law;
\- support and security records as needed to resolve issues, prevent abuse, and protect legal rights;

If non-essential analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking embeds are enabled, we will provide appropriate information and obtain consent where required before using them. Third-party media or links may connect to services with their own cookies and policies.
You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or account functions.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

\- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;

\- restrict processing;

Children
Aitrepreneur is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone who cannot legally consent to the relevant data processing or enter the applicable contract without a parent or guardian. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal data improperly.
Changes
We may update this policy when services, providers, or laws change. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will be communicated where required.
### Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel at any time
You may cancel a paid Aitrepreneur membership at any time from the account Portal or by contacting theaitrepreneur@gmail.com. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Unless a refund or mandatory legal remedy applies, membership access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
Deleting your email subscription, leaving Discord, or ceasing to use the website does not automatically cancel billing.
First purchase and EU withdrawal rights
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract, subject to statutory rules and exceptions for services and digital content supplied immediately with your express consent and acknowledgement. Other countries may provide additional rights.
As a simple customer-friendly policy, you may request a refund for your first paid Aitrepreneur membership within 14 days of purchase. Contact theaitrepreneur@gmail.com using the email address associated with the membership.
We may take account of content or services already supplied only where and to the extent permitted by mandatory law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable because the membership continues automatically until cancelled. However, if you contact us within seven days of an unintended renewal and have made little or no use of paid content since renewal, we will review the request fairly. This does not limit any mandatory right.
Defective or unavailable digital content
If paid content or a download is materially defective, inaccessible, or not as described, contact us with the post URL, file name, and a description of the problem. We will try to repair, replace, or restore access within a reasonable time. Where the law requires it, you may be entitled to a price reduction, cancellation, or refund.
Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges
Contact theaitrepreneur@gmail.com promptly if you believe a charge is duplicated, incorrect, or unauthorized. Include the membership email, date, amount, and last four card digits if available. Never send the full card number or a one-time login code.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card-network processing times are outside our control and may take several business days.

Apparently, YouTube decided that I have been working too hard lately, so they generously gave me a surprise two-week vacation.🥰
Over the past ten days, four of my tutorial videos were removed for allegedly containing **Voldemort content,** the policy that shall not be named, because I’m now afraid of using certain words on basically every platform at this point.
The latest video was initially restricted because of a timestamp showing, drum roll🥁🥁🥁 please…

Yup, that’s not a joke...🫥
So, of course, I appealed it, like the smart good boy that I am, and only a few minutes later, YouTube found a completely different timestamp showing a fully clothed woman on a fictional fashion magazine cover.
Apparently, normal fashion photography is now dangerously **shreksual**, so the entire tutorial was removed and I received my second strike. Oh boy, how fun!❤️❤️
Because of that, I cannot upload videos or even make community posts on YouTube until **August 1**. All four appeals have been pending since July 10, and after spending many hours talking to support, the final answer from the higher-up YouTube Gods was basically:
***“Just wait for the decision via email, bruh.”* ☝️🤓**
I’m not going to pretend that I’m feeling amazing about the situation. Another strike could mean the complete deletion of my YouTube channel, so yes, this has been incredibly stressful, and I’m honestly pretty down right now, especially since those strikes are active until mid October...
But don’t worry. I’m not disappearing, quitting, or going anywhere. 😤

Hey everyone,
Just a small update because I know I haven’t been as present lately, and I wanted to be honest with you about where things are at.
First, the good news: I’m slowly getting better.
I’m not fully back yet, but there is definitely progress, and that already feels huge compared to where I was before. So thank you again for the patience, the kind messages, and the support. It really means a lot.
The reason I haven’t been around as much is tied a lot to my health, and I’ve had to accept something that is honestly very hard for me: I can’t do everything anymore the way I used to.
I’m a serious perfectionist, and when I work on videos, tutorials, or anything for you guys, I always want to make it the best possible. The problem is that this often meant forcing myself to work often way too late into the night, sometimes even until early morning every day, just to get everything exactly how I wanted it.
Obviously, that’s not something I can keep doing.
So lately, these last few months, I’ve been trying to pace myself more, work in a healthier way, and make a few concessions here and there instead of constantly pushing past my limits. It’s frustrating in some ways because I always want to do more, faster, better...but at the same time, it’s clearly paying off, because little by little, I am getting better.
So even if I’m a bit less present than before, please know it’s not because I don’t care. Quite the opposite. It’s because I want to make sure I can keep doing this properly, for the long term, without destroying myself in the process.🫠
On a more exciting note.... I’ve also started working on a bit of a secret project. 👀It’s still early, so I don’t want to say too much yet, but if all goes well, everything should be ready in a few months. We’ll see... hopefully some of you will like it 😄 And you will probably not guess what that is since it's in a way loosely linked to AI, you'll see when it's done🥴
Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you again for sticking with me through all this. This Patreon, this community, and everything we’ve built together still blows my mind, and I’m incredibly grateful for it every day.
More good things are coming. I just need to make sure I get there in a way that keeps me healthy enough to actually deliver them.

EDIT 25th NOVEMBER 2025: Hey everyone, just a quick update. First of all, thank you so much for the patience and the kind messages. Sorry again for the lack of updates and slower replies recently. I finally got a diagnosis for the health issues I’ve been dealing with these past months/years. I prefer to stay a bit vague for now, but there’s good news and not-so-great news.
The good news is that we finally have a clearer idea of what’s going on and it’s not life-threatening, which is a huge relief but the bad news is that it’s still something I need to deal with, and even though it explains a lot of my symptoms, not everything is fully clear yet. Apparently I have a “light” version of this condition (which is nuts btw, I can't believe that some people live like that, it's scary stuff...), which can either be a good thing or a bit tricky if the diagnosis isn’t fully accurate. I’ll know more in the next few months....
I’m really sorry if some of you have been impacted by my slower responses. I genuinely really hate leaving people waiting, I want to help as many people as possible. I’m actively looking for ways to improve this, but being a one-guy team for the BIGGEST AI COMMUNITY ON PATREON (still sound insane to say) makes it really tough at times. On top of that, this community has exploded in the past few months (which is incredible thank you so much🙏), but it also means that responding to every single question and request has become absolutely freaking impossible. I’ve been trying my best to help everyone, but the truth is, it’s just not sustainable on the long term, not for my health, and not time-wise either (either I spend the whole day responding to hundreds of comments or work on new videos).
Moving forward, here’s how things will work:
I’ll continue making content and tutorials at the highest quality I can, as always.
I’ll still do my best to help whenever I can, but please understand I can’t answer and help everyone.
If you need help, the best way is to DM me here on Patreon, I’ll try to prioritize those since comments can easily get lost on the platform.
Keep in mind Patreon isn’t really built for tech support (no platform is, honestly), so there are limits to what I can realistically do.
That being said, I’m beyond grateful for all the support and patience you’ve shown me, especially through my health struggles. None of this would be possible without you, and the fact that we’ve become the biggest open-source AI community on Patreon blows my mind every single day.

An open-source version of Devin, which is an Ai agent tool that allows you to automatically build apps and programs simply by using a prompt. Devika does everything for you, just input what you want and it will then prepare an action plan, go online to search for informations, write the code and create the project files directly onto your computer! Crazy stuff! And you can even use Local LLM! It's still a work in progress but the potential is huge! This is probably what future AGI agents will look like!
